The Giant Schnauzer Breed came from Southern Germany.   They are believed to be crossed with the Standard Schnauzer, Black Great Dane, and the Bouvier des Flanders.   

This breed is very territorial and can be very protective.  They are very intelligent and eager to please their people.  The Giant Schnauzer is a working breed and they love to have a job to do.  They fit into most life styles, but do need their daily exercise.  Owning a Giant is very rewarding, infact I could not believe that I waited so long. 

We do not keep our dogs in kennels, they are born and raised under foot in our home.  The first month of the puppies lives are beside our beds.  This is not a breed to ignore or leave alone as they are VERY family orientated.  Our Giants are very spoiled and would love to be adopted by familys that will love,spoil,  and welcome them into their home.
